PAYMENTS and TIPS:  We accept credit or debit cards payments only at this time. We require all clients to have an card on file.  ALL payments are subject to Tennessee State of 9.25% sales tax.  You will receive an invoice via email for your records.  All payments are due at time of service.  

Tips are optional and never looked for or expected.  It is not customary to offer a tip to a crew that is working on a frequent basis in your home, such as weekly.   It is more customary to offer a tip for a one time, as-needed service or monthly service and during the Holiday Season.  All tips are to be paid directly to the head maid in the form of cash.  Average tip is $5.00-$10.00 per maid. We thank you in advance if you plan on tipping, but want to make it clear that this is purely at your discretion.

TIME:  Your time is precious and so is ours.  We estimate to spend an average of up to 3 full hours in your home with the Standard Cleaning Service.  If you require more time, this must be arranged prior to your appointment.  Staff is not permitted to stay longer than scheduled as this will be inconvenient to other customers who are waiting for service after you.  If your home is larger than 2500 square feet, please make us aware, as additional time or staff may be needed for your service.  

If staff arrives and does not have access to your home, they will make every effort to contact you for directions regarding access.  Any time spent waiting will be deducted from the time spent cleaning and no refunds are issued on time.  Example:  If you reserved a 3 hour service and the staff had to wait 30 minutes for access to the home, the cleaning time is reduced to 2.5 hours and the full price for 3 hours will still be due. If we are unable to contact you and as a result, need to leave your home and skip the service we will bill for $25.00. There are no exceptions to this rule, please respect everyone's time.


HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS:

We are not permitted to clean and or dispose of pet or human fecal waste of any kind. Not permitted to move *heavy furniture or work in unfinished areas of your home, such as basements that are not finished and or areas that are under construction. If we are unable to access an area due to excessive clutter or hoarding, we cannot service that area.  Please consult us if you require assistance with excessive clutter or hoarding.

*Note: Heavy Furniture: We WILL move side tables, and light furniture pieces. We do not move beds, refrigerators, or any other piece that would normally require a dolly for proper moving. We will clean behind these areas if they are moved prior to our arrival.

*We bring out own supplies as far as cleaning products however, to cut down on the spread of allergens from house to house we do not provide Brooms, Mops, vacuums or other floor equipment other than carpet cleaning.

* There is a $25 dollar fee for excessive pet hair.
*There is a $25 to travel over 25 miles of 37218
*There is a $25 lock out fee please make a note of your appointment and home or make sure our staff has access to the home.
